TRAINING.

The training offers you the opportunity to become familiar with the mental skills and tools in a short period of time. During the training I will guide you through the theory of sports psychology and we will practice together with the mental tools. You will gain insight into your own mental skills and how you can improve them.

It does not matter whether you have no experience with mental skills training or have already gained experience. The course will give you valuable insights and will help you become mentally stronger!

The course can be followed in groups. The ideal group size is a maximum of 15 people due to the interactive nature of the training. In consultation it is possible to follow the training in larger groups.

You can request a quote for the training without obligation on this page. The costs depend on your wishes and needs. In general, the training does not take longer than 1-2 working days.

It is possible to do the training digitally. However, I always advise to follow the course on location.
